Art and Logo Submission Policy
Image files are to be sent by email to Customer Service in 300 dbi or better format.
Currently we use - Adobe Photo Shop 7.0, Corel Draw 10, Adobe Illustrator 10
File formats associated with these programs are: cdr, pdd, psd, ai, bmp, wmf, jpg, gif, pdf, rtf, eps.
We will send you back a proof for your review and approval.
Colors in the proof may not be an exact match on your computer monitor due to varying computer configurations.
Delivery, Return and Refunds Policy
The customer's order will typically be shipped within 14 days of receipt of an approved proof work order. Expedited delivery times will be agreed upon in advance with the work order.
Each garment/product is custom made, one at a time just for you. Your art/image must be "approved" by you, before anything is made. Hence, there is really only one reason anyone could return anything, it's defective. This would be a garment that has completely unraveled stitching or an image that washed out. Claims can be made in the first 14 days from the ship date or after the first wash, which ever comes first.
A product other than a garment that arrives broken should be reported to the shipping company i.e. FEDEX, UPS, USPS, for an insurance claim.

It's our policy to respect the privacy of our customers, and to protect their information. We also want you to know how we use and protect the information we receive from and about you.

This certificate guarantees that your personal information is being transmitted in secure (encrypted) form to our secure Web server, not to some unknown or unauthorized server.
